注意：
1. Uncanny Automator 訊息輸出中的網址URL，只支援英文，使用內含中文的網址，中文字會被自動刪除，造成 URL無法連到正確的文章。
2. 可偵測的事件偏少，只有文章或頁面新增，比較適用。
3. 可偵測的事件偏少，妨礙它的可用性。

1. 在 Telegram 上使用 @BotFather 建立 Chatbot
2. 在 Automator 中輸入 Chatbot HTTP API token，連結 Telegram
3. https://api.telegram.org/bot<bot_token>/getUpdates
   在 <bot_token>放入 2 的字串，會出現 message.chat.id
4. 將 message.chat.id 輸入 automator Chat/Channel ID 裏
5. 撰寫通知訊息
6. 啟用 Automator Recipe ( 三個地方都要按 live )
